Whether you choose our pop-up bar, use a bar already provided by your venue, or our signature horse trailer bar, you’ll still get the full Wildflower experience. Beautiful drinks and an absolute vibe that we take where ever we go.

In compliance with Utah law, the host simply provides the raw spirits. We supply a mathematically precise shopping list to make buying effortless.

Event Minimum
Our standard event minimum is $1,000.
But for a limited time, we’re offering Wildflower events for $850.
Our event minimum includes everything listed in our Signature Experience package.
This exclusive introductory rate is only available for events booked before December 31st 2026. Secure your date today while we build our calendar and bring Wildflower out into the world.
Wildflower is currently booking events through the end of 2027. For dates beyond 2027, our calendar opens on a rolling 12-month basis, allowing you to book your date exactly one year in advance.
Our event minimum covers the time, supplies, preparation, and everything that goes into bringing your event to life. For larger events, pricing scales with your guest count and services needs.

Elevate Your Experience
Champagne Toast
$2 per person
Let us coordinate and serve your champagne, sparkling wine, or sparkling cider toast so you can enjoy the moment.
We will execute a perfect double pour, and will work with your host, planner or DJ for a well-timed toast. We will bring cups and ice to keep your beverage of choice chilled.
The Wildflower Your Way
Additional bartender - $300
One bartender for every 75 guests
Additional Guests - $5 per guest
Over the initial 50 guests
Additional Hours - $200 per hour
Over the initial 4 hours
Additional Travel - $1 per mile
For travel beyond Utah County
Additional Drink Option - $75

The Wildflower Touch

Infuse your personal story with personalized drink names, event-inspired menu design, personalized stickers on our cups, and a keepsake menu printed for the host to keep.
