This lounge is designed to save you money while keeping your celebration completely premium. With this option, we bring our fully styled trailer bar and certified mixologist to your venue, and your guests purchase their own individual, artisan mocktails directly from the bar.

Instead of paying for everyone’s drinks upfront, you simply secure your date with a sliding Event Sales Minimum scaled directly to your guest count. If your guests’ individual purchases hit that minimum during the party, the bar experience costs you only the $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If the final sales fall just short of the baseline, you simply cover the remaining gap.

At Wildflower Mixology, we treat our mocktail creations with the exact same prestige, scientific precision, and complex flavor profiles as traditional high-end craft cocktails. We also offer all the same enhancements you’ll find under our “mobile bar” tab, the only exception being that the “Champagne Toast” is replaced with a sparkling cider toast.
